Tosun Paa is a 1976 Turkish comedy film, directed by Kartal Tibet. It is one of the most popular works of Ertem Egilmez's successful company, Arzu Film. The film is also significant for its catchy musical score and the presence of the trademark character of Kemal Sunal, "Saban".

Plot

The film is set in Ottoman-ruled Egypt. Two noble families are vying for a lucrative plot of land. One family fears that it is falling behind in the bidding so they get their butler, Saban, to pretend to be the local governor Tosun Paa and turn the tide. Meanwhile, Saban tries to woo his niece Leyla and the real Tosun Paa is about to return.
