Carmel School, Kuwait, established in 1969, is conducted by the Sisters of the Apostolic Carmel, who have several educational establishments all over India and the Andamans, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Africa and Rome. The school is primarily for Indians of all religious denominati.

The school is recognized by the Ministry of Education, Kuwait and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. It is governed by the Registered Society of the Congregation of the Apostolic Carmel, India. The School prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE/Class X) and the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination(AISSCE/Class XII).Science and Commerce Streams are offered in the Senior School Certificate courses, for both boys and girls.

The medium of instruction in the School is English, with Hindias a compulsory second language, till Std. VII. French is offered as an

optional Second language in Stds. VIII, IX & X. Arabic is taught as a

third language to all students from Std. II to IX.
