Sde Boaz

Sde Boaz is an Israeli settlement outpost in the West Bank. Located near Neve Daniel, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gush Etzion Regional Council.
The settlement was established in 2002 by a kvutza of students and soldiers, and was named after the Boaz mentioned in the Book of Ruth.
The settlement is known for it's peacefull and calm nature and defines in it's protocol the need to live in peace with the Arab neighbors, help them when possible and avoid any voilance,
unless attacked.
Most of the men in the settlement are x-soldiers in the IDF's special forces.
